CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 30% of service total as a cancellation fee for any cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period, appointment may be subject to cancellation or shortened service for what the remaining time allows (full price of original service will still be due). Please communicate if you are a sick and kindly reschedule once you are in a good health. Keeping my clients safe is my priority. Please be sure to check your email to fill out INTAKE FORM questions PRIOR to your appointments! This ensures I am able to review any contraindications prior to any service and keep you safe. Please be sure to let me know of any changes to responses or complete a new form.
